Well our B & B is lovely – a thatched cottage deep in rural Essex – but at the moment a jet is passing low overhead about every five minutes.  Our host tells us they don’t fly all night, at least.  Never mind – we are making the most of one last night with comfortable beds, televison, and unlimited hot water :-). Even better, we are only a five minute drive from the airport tomorrow morning and an 11.30 flight means a nice leisurely start.
